• Cancellation period: 30 days until contract end, renews monthly after initial period.
• Network availability: 99,9%
• Power and cooling availability: 99,98%
• Hours are accounted in 1/4h increments (140€/h)
• All prices are quoted excluding VAT
• Available payment methods: Bank transfer, Paypal, Coinbase Commerce
• Payment terms: Net 30
• Exclusive place of jurisdiction: District Court (Landgericht) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany
• Right to forward increases to power sourcing costs once per year reserved
